well as you know gay marriage became legal here in california this past monday -if you didn't, now you know  - i watched the news this morning and they had this live reporter outside of a place where tons of people were going to get married and she interviewed this one dude and he said that they were expecting more people but he wasn't surprised because it was too early and he said 'gay people don't do anything before noon' that is literally what he said! i mean seriously how uncalled for was that?! i obviously don't have anything against gay or bi people, and i support gay marriage all the way, how about you guys? -this probably won't be a good debate for the same reason as the pro-choice/life one- |

Well, by having a law against gay marriage, you are forcing your religion on people. Isn't that against the Constitution or something? Even if it weren't against the Constitution, I'd be alright with gay marriage and against any law that prohibited people from gay marriage.

i say let the gays be misberal like the rest of the married people
i mean gays are just people, and every person has the same rights as any other american...
so i really dont see why its even an issue

It's an issue because we love different and a lot of straight people cant accept it.
Really...we're all just like you. If gay marriage was legal and gays were accepted EVERYWHERE, nothing would change. Honestly...what's the worst that could happen?
Someone once compared gay/bisexuality to bestiality. I was like, OH YEAH....LOL. Since loving someone of the same gender is like having sex with animals >.>;.

I AM SAD AND MAD AND I WANT TO KICK SOMEONE!!!! freaking close-minded and uneducated people that believe what stupid TV commercials told them voted yes on freaking proposition 8!!! now gay marriage is banned and unrecognized in california again!!! gahh!!! someone should be shot!!! like really someone should literally be shot!!! ahhhh

ELIMINATES RIGHT OF SAME–SEX COUPLES TO MARRY. INITIATIVE CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT.
* Changes the California Constitution to eliminate the right of same-sex couples to marry in California.

and 55% voted for that?!! hello! it costs us money and discriminates against homosexuals!! IT DISCRIMINATES!!!! that is just wrong!!! ahhh

yeah...i know...thats so stupid... thats like here, there was a propistion to make english our offical language and it passed... i voted no...becuase i wanted people to be able to speak whatever language they want..i mean what happend to freedom of speech man?  |
