I'll try to see what I could do to fix it, but I don't know if I actually can.
I use Firefox, because it overall works better, tends to load faster, looks better (it even has themes!) and is more secure than Internet Explorer.
The pop-out player should work, however, in Internet Explorer. That's the only solution to this problem I have so far. Sorry.
